Making Of The Devil Bringer... Part 3
So last step today was to paint it up after it was sufficiently dried from yesterday. Problem being the paints that I got for this part were really really crap! However the guy I'm living with has some young daughters and actually had some proper poster paints that he let me use! So first layer of red looked like this



After that did a few more layers to bring the red brighter.



So once I was happy with that the final stage was to mount it on the glove, after playing with it a bit the best solution was to just glue the hand part as the rest stays on and can move. This stage was also me trimming the devil/horror nails snoo got for me in Norwich to go in the ends of the fingers.



So that is essentially it! This is the whole costume...



... yes I put the character's face over mine, mainly cos I look incredibly stupid with some awesome bed hair today. But the last thing the costume needs is for me to spray my hair white (supplied also by snoo) and to make it look kinda right. Now if only I could not wear my glasses.

Certain things I realised doing this:
1, Things never turn out exactly the way I want them, ever!
2, I missed the smell of superglue from when I used to use it for GW figures
3, Apparently my eyes water from glue vapours like they do around onions
4, I'm going to be rather hot at expo unless its a rainy day
